Develop and implement a strategic plan for business development that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the company. Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve targets and drive business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate and facilities management industry, with a focus on leveraging technology. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments within the company to develop innovative solutions and offerings that meet the evolving needs of clients. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to identify potential opportunities and drive innovation within the company. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's services and capabilities. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions. Monitor and analyze market conditions and competitive landscape to identify potential threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
