- Navigate real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and property management standards to ensure compliance in all transactions
- Conduct property tours, facilitate franchise onboarding processes, and support administrative tasks related to franchise operations
- Collaborate with team members across departments to coordinate sales efforts, organize events, and streamline workflow processes
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, legal documentation, and compliance reports
Experience
- Proven experience in negotiation, sales, or customer service roles that demonstrate strong communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and digital outreach tools preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse communities effectively
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, or property management practices is a plus
