Technology and Business Systems Manager

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Integrations & Automation
- Design and lead integrations across enterprise platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
- Build and scale automation across finance, HR, and operational workflows.
- Reduce manual processes and improve overall efficiency through system-driven solutions.
- Establish a scalable integration architecture designed to support long-term growth.
System Implementation & Optimization
- Lead or support the implementation of enterprise systems and ongoing enhancements.
- Ensure all systems are effectively configured and seamlessly connected to meet business needs.
- Improve system performance, usability, and long-term maintainability.
- Support cross-platform functionality and process alignment.
AI & Emerging Technology
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven capabilities across enterprise systems.
- Identify key opportunities for intelligent automation and predictive insights.
- Support the development of governance and best practices for AI adoption.
- Help the organization effectively leverage emerging technologies to build a strong, integrated foundation.
Process & Operational Enablement
- Design system-supported processes that actively improve efficiency and scalability.
- Standardize workflows across departments through the use of integrated systems.
- Help the organization move away from manual and fragmented processes toward structured, system-driven operations.
Strategic Technology Alignment
- Act as a vital bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Support the prioritization of initiatives based on their potential impact and feasibility.
- Contribute to system roadmap development and continuous long-term planning.
- Partner with vendor implementation and technical specialists
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Information Systems or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, iPaaS, and enterprise systems integrations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and related enterprise platforms
