IT-Software Engineer (Operational centric thinking/production support)
• UNIX / Linux Administration & Shell Scripting (BASH): 3-5+ years
- Server navigation, scripting, automation, troubleshooting
- Full Stack Development:
- Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, ASP.NET, C#, C
- Process & Systems Analysis: 3-5+ years
- Navigating applications, workflows, and technical systems
- Production Support / Operations: 5+ years
- Incident management, monitoring, root cause analysis
- Code Management: GitHub (3+ years)
- Database & Data Processing:
- MySQL, SQL, structured/unstructured data (3+ years)
- Python (Basic): 2+ years (good to have)
- LAMP Stack: 2+ years (good to have)
- Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP
- Monitoring & Logging Tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic (preferred)
- Containerization & CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions (preferred)
- AI & Automation Skills (Required)
- All resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools, including:
- Consistent Use:
- Minimum 90% weekly usage of tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Applied Productivity:
- Use AI for coding, documentation, analysis, and decision support
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay current with evolving GenAI capabilities and apply best practices
- Domain & Business Skills
- Healthcare systems and application workflow experience (3+ years preferred)
- Data archiving, processing, and compliance awareness
- Operational-centric mindset
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in complex, regulated environments
- Excellent communication skills are the main requirement for this role.
- Ability to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide timely status updates and risk assessments
- Document processes, issues, and solutions
- Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Support customers during production incidents
- Communicate expectations, progress, and deadlines professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
