Role Overview

As a Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative, you'll work a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 11:45 AM to 8:00 PM EST. This is a fully remote role, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

* Create an emotional connection: Build trust and rapport with our members to understand their needs and champion their best health.

  • Take accountability: Fully understand our members' needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with them.
  • Anticipate customer needs: Proactively identify and address our members' concerns and needs.
  • Review member claim history: Ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible.
  • Perform financial data maintenance: Update and maintain member financial data as necessary.
  • Explain member rights and responsibilities: Educate our members on their rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract.

Required Qualifications

* 1-3 years of customer service experience: Proven experience in a call center atmosphere.

  • High school diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous Behavioral Health experience: Experience working in Behavioral Health is a plus.

  • Associates degree: An associates degree or higher is preferred.
  • Medical or insurance background: A background in medical or insurance is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
