Job Summary

As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for working with our Technical Outreach teams to identify and deliver the value of arenaflex Cloud to our clients. You'll assist prospective clients and partners in understanding the power of arenaflex Cloud, explaining technical features, helping clients design solutions, participating in proof-of-concepts, and investigating potential roadblocks. Your expertise will be essential in driving the adoption of arenaflex Cloud solutions, ensuring that our clients achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled requirements.

• Lead technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets.
• Deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform by utilizing whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents.
• Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best-practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud platform effectiveness.
• Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a customer-facing role.
• Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking.
• Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status.

• Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms.
• Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies.
• Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques.
• Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space.

* Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, software development, and networking.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
