Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Communications Specialist to join our Sales Leadership Group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our Sales Leadership group is well-represented in their communication with their teams and partners. You'll achieve this by working closely with management to understand and articulate their business priorities, owning the end-to-end innovative process, and having the ability to see the big picture while maintaining focus on every detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement innovative communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all lines of business in the US

• Collaborate with management to understand and articulate business priorities, and translate them into compelling Keynote presentations and written materials
• Own the end-to-end innovative process, from concept to delivery, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed
• Lead a team of innovative problem-solvers and ensure that there is steady messaging, design, and approach across all business units in the US
• Develop and maintain a Center of Excellence for innovative resources in the US, creating a shared methodology and best practices for messaging and communication
• Manage presentation development, including storyline, scriptwriting, and deliverables
• Establish and maintain design intake, development, and delivery processes across US Sales for key communication opportunities
• Develop and deliver cohesive and engaging stories that bring complex business ideas to a wide range of audiences
• Roll out a suite of communication delivery mediums, including Keynote, video, and web-based tools

Key Deliverables

* External Top-to-Top/C-level outside meetings

• Internal Town Halls/Conferences
• Business Plans/Account Plans with C-level audience
• Lead a COE for innovative resources in the US, bringing the community together to share best practices and ensure messaging alignment

Essential Qualifications

* 5-8 years of experience in leading communications or similar experience in design or multimedia across multiple teams, balancing short-term project delivery and driving change

• Exceptional Keynote design knowledge with a strong innovative flair
• Exceptional writing skills to translate complex concepts into compelling speaking points or Keynote presentations
• Self-motivated and independent, with high accountability and self-steering required for success
• Out-of-the-box problem-solver who owns the innovative process in the corporation
• Ability to effectively partner with all team members in fast-paced environments with changing direction
• Visible as an innovative problem-solver and leader in the corporation
• Ability to make clear decisions and remain calm under tight deadlines
• Handles large volumes of work with thoughtful and timely decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education

• Experience in leading teams and developing innovative communication strategies
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
