Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex cases, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office suite to manage emails, set up online accounts, reset passwords, and perform other routine tasks
  • Meeting daily task handling targets through various forms of communication, including written and verbal or phone
  • Ensuring accuracy in tasks completed and demonstrating analytical capabilities while performing tasks
  • Adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance to ensure satisfactory audit ratings
  • Working in a 24/7 environment and being willing to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service delivery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in customer service, ITES/BPO/KPO, or a related field
  • Excellent English language proficiency and computer literacy
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to work with different programs and screens
  • Exposure to business domain and excellent grasping powers to understand various processes
  • Strong numerical skills and a positive "Can do" attitude combined with strong attention to detail and awareness of current market issues
  • Ability to adapt to changes in processes and updates in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and meeting productivity targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

* Call center experience and familiarity with data entry and soft skills using the phone to call

  • Experience working in a 24/7 environment and willingness to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends
