Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist on our arenaflex team, you will be responsible for providing technical and non-technical assistance to arenaflex's customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide efficient solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian
- Provide technical and non-technical assistance to arenaflex's customers
- Develop efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries
- Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meet performance targets and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role in the technology industry
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
