Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support for their sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications needs. You will work closely with sales and operations partners to validate order information, ensure data entry accuracy, and develop creative solutions to customer issues. Key Responsibilities
* Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Enter PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) information with high accuracy, pushing back on incorrect or subpar data submissions.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases and provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process.
- Develop creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, email, and fax, researching responses with sales.
- Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Sales Reps to resolve product usage pricing or discrepancies.
What You Need
* High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' relevant work experience
- Experience as an account representative or in a similar role
- Familiarity with Oracle or other CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a medical device or healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of sales and operations processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
