Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to create a seamless experience for our customers, ensuring that they have a positive interaction with our brand every time they engage with us. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
  • Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
  • Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure that the needs of our customers are being met

Role Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex Nuuly brands, customers, and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and chat platforms

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
