Job Summary

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing personalized support and guidance to new and potential customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism, meeting or exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs) set by the Customer Success Management team.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be tasked with:

  • Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner.
  • Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand.
  • Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line.
  • Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met.
  • Collaborating with external teams to support business and customer needs.
  • Providing exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs.
  • On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and communication tools.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
