Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers.
- Maintaining Store Operations: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
- Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
- Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
- Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
- Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
- Assisting with Exterior and Interior Maintenance: Ensure a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
- Complying with Company Policies and Procedures: Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and work effectively with team members.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to Work Flexible Hours: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous Retail Experience: Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Customer Service Training: Training or experience in customer service, including conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer software and systems, including point-of-sale systems.
