Position Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Support Specialist to join our virtual team at arenaflex. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our consulting operations through precise data management and entry tasks. As a Data Entry Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, generating regular reports, and assisting with data analysis tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Input and verify data into company databases and specialized software systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Process client documentation, including financial statements and transaction records, with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and update records as needed, adhering to data security protocols and confidentiality requirements
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness, flagging discrepancies for review and ensuring compliance with data security protocols
  • Generate regular reports and assist with data analysis tasks, providing insights to support business decisions
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication
  • Assist in developing and improving data entry procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with data security protocols and confidentiality requirements, maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 80% accuracy, demonstrating exceptional typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with experience in database management systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information, upholding the trust and confidence of our clients
  • Reliable home internet connection and computer setup, ensuring seamless remote work
