Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research initiatives and ensuring the success of our focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in online or in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a variety of topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
• Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide valuable feedback and insights
• Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
• Maintaining a reliable internet connection and having access to a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
• Working independently and being able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed above
• No experience required, but the ability to work independently is essential
• Flexibility to work online or in-person, and to participate in discussions at various times
