Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

  • The ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
  • Experience with people management is a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
