Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through our live chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries promptly and providing professional, accurate information via live chat.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of arenaflex services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers.
- Identifying customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Tracking customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
