Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and updating data into databases and systems, ensuring that data is organized and easily accessible.
  • Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and performing routine checks and corrections to maintain data integrity.
  • Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth data flow and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and/or Google Suite to perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, using strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for long periods, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, and access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and/or Google Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
