Key Responsibilities:

As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing online chat applications to interact with customers, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Working independently to resolve customer issues and concerns, while following instructions precisely
  • Collaborating with the customer care team to share knowledge and best practices
  • Staying up-to-date with product information, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses

Contract Length and Rate:

* Open-ended contract with no fixed term

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Requirements:

* Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with internet connectivity and the ability to use social media and website chat functions

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Availability to work 10+ hours per week during overnight hours
  • Reliable internet connectivity is essential
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Hours and Location:

* Flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, tailored to fit your schedule

  • Fully remote opportunity, open to candidates across the globe with a preference for those based in the United States due to the timing of overnight hours

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Reliable internet connectivity and access to a device with internet connectivity

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in live chat support or customer care

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
