Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support through various channels (calls, SMS, emails, and live chats)
  • Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution
  • Processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing accurate shipment details to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database

Eligibility Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service
  • Excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with customers
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic troubleshooting skills to resolve technical errors
