Job Summary

As a Guest Service Representative / Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, and your primary goal will be to ensure that every interaction is positive, efficient, and memorable. Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Representative / Live Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcome
  • Administering check-ins and check-outs
  • Providing front desk services to guests, including assigning rooms and taking care of administrative duties
  • Delivering mail and messages
  • Processing guest payments
  • Coordinating with bell service and staff management

  • Responding to live chat and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone and email

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Certificate or diploma in hospitality advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Conflict resolution experience
  • Patience and good listening skills
