Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and maintaining sales orders, and processing paperwork for daily shipments.
  • Coordinating customer requests, including quoting and tracking expedite orders.
  • Communicating product details and updates with customers via phone and email.
  • Monitoring customer portals to ensure timely response to order changes and requests.
  • Supporting production scheduling, handling Return Material Authorizations, and preparing regular management reports.
  • Assisting with data analysis, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4+ years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong Excel and computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's or relevant 2-year degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
