Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating Spreadsheets and Tracking Client Information: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets to track important client information, orders, and other relevant data.
  • Data Transfer and Entry: Transfer data from hard copy documents to digital databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Database Updates: Update client information in our database, ensuring that all records are current and accurate.
  • Data Organization and Verification: Organize existing data in spreadsheets, verify outdated data, and make necessary changes to records.
  • Order Status Updates: Update order statuses for customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Quality Control: Double-check your work to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

To be successful as an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in data entry, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Accurate Typing Skills: Proficient typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Basic Understanding of Databases: Familiarity with database management systems and basic database concepts.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Certification in data entry: Certification in data entry, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES).
  • Experience with cloud-based databases: Experience with cloud-based databases, such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
