With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys that include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

The Role

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Your primary objectives will include: ### Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
• Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Provide big data and batch/real-time analytical insights leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
• Offer guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer story evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate routine tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique

### Essential Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
• Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise on functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools

### Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Experience with data governance and data quality management
