Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry Operator/Admin Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and maintaining data in various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and easily accessible for our team of real estate professionals.
  • Organizing and managing records such as client information and property listings, ensuring that our data is accurate and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Assisting in generating reports and summaries based on data, providing valuable insights to our team and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and other departments regarding data needs, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Providing administrative support, including handling correspondence and scheduling, to ensure that our team runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assisting with special projects as needed, contributing to overall team success and growth.
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that our operations are efficient, effective, and compliant with industry standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management, with a strong focus on quality and integrity.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.

  • Certification in data management or a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and develop junior team members.
