Job Description

We're looking for experienced and friendly individuals to join our Customer Service team on a part-time, remote basis. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to arenaflex members, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding member experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assisting members with orders, account issues, membership benefits, and more.
  • Resolving customer concerns while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Documenting and tracking member interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Assist members with orders, account issues, membership benefits, and more.
  • Resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Document and track member interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems at once.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
