Job Description
We're looking for experienced and friendly individuals to join our Customer Service team on a part-time, remote basis. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assisting members with orders, account issues, membership benefits, and more.
- Resolving customer concerns while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Documenting and tracking member interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
