Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, build your network, and contribute to our company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation

What You'll Need to Succeed

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Enrollment in an educational institution throughout the term of the program
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Ability to work with diverse individuals, perspectives, and styles
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
