Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized support
  • Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions
  • Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
  • Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
  • Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records

About You

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience is required, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong geographical knowledge is essential, with the ability to understand and navigate different travel destinations
  • Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process customer transactions and resolve issues
  • Easy to work with, with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Accepts feedback well, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments

  • Highly proficient in using the internet and navigating seamlessly between multiple applications

Technical Requirements

To ensure success as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • A computer and equipment meeting the following specifications, at a minimum:

+ Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset
