Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and accurate manner, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues, using our CRM system to track and resolve customer concerns.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues, leveraging your communication and teamwork skills to drive results.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, using this expertise to provide informed solutions to our clients.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
- Quality Monitoring score of 95% or higher
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- A quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
