About the Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily administration of the 401(k) plan and other benefits plans. You will work with the team to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, and assist our associates in understanding and engaging with their financial benefits. You will also be responsible for managing third-party administrators (TPAs) and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily administration of the 401(k) plan and other benefits plans, including enrollment requests, plan design, and compliance with regulations
- Work with the team to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, and assist our associates in understanding and engaging with their financial benefits
- Manage third-party administrators (TPAs) and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop and implement business solutions to improve the administration of benefits plans
- Provide education and training to TPAs and other stakeholders on benefits plan administration and compliance
- Analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of benefits plan administration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with benefits administration software and systems
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits administration
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of benefits administration software and systems
- Certification in benefits administration or a related field
