Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead our Professional Services Sourcing efforts, building relationships with key stakeholders, advising on market engagement, and negotiating deals that maximize the value of our $1B+ annual professional services spend. As a key member of our team, you'll work on a wide range of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, develop relationships with key executives, and advise on market engagement.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans and contractual arrangements through competitive bids and negotiations
• Participating and leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives with key internal stakeholders
• Evaluating providers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria
• Developing and leading RFI/RFP processes for professional services according to arenaflex policies and procedures
• Analyzing bids based on overall cost/delivery to identify opportunities to obtain the best value
• Preparing and executing clear, data-driven negotiation strategies using Strategic Sourcing methodology
• Preparing and executing contracts, as well as performing post-award administration
• Understanding and supporting the development and execution of performance control programs with providers that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost
• Ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
• Communicating and documenting the status of any critical external relationships that impact planning and decision-making
• Analyzing market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external providers or pricing
• Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with contemporary business best practices
• Demonstrating exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
• Showing expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing experience
• Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels
• Strong strategic agility
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Internal client awareness
• Ability/choice to work in various environments
• Ability to handle ambiguity
• Knowledge of:

+ Sourcing & Procurement processes + Basic legal terms and conditions + Entertainment industry trends and conditions + Proven expertise in all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements + Established experience working with the legal department on subjects regarding boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services

• Professional Services Sourcing history is a plus
• Consulting/Advisory history is a plus

Education

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
