Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
- Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
- Clarifying orders as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and order details
- Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
- Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge
- Great telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
