Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Contacting existing customers on behalf of our clients, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems to upgrade or resubscribe their services
• Delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives, including number of contacts, leads, conversions, and sales
• Adhering to standard contact procedures and attempting to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
• Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be a resident of North Carolina
• A private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise or distractions
• Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service experience (highly preferred)
• Professional vocabulary and excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Assertive and quick thinking
• Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
• Prior work-from-home call center experience (a plus!)
• Good computer skills

Technical Requirements

To ensure success in this role, you will need to provide:

• Your own computer or laptop
• A high-speed internet connection (direct wired connection: minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload of DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable)
• A Windows 10 Desktop or laptop, current on all security updates
