Job Summary

We're seeking a part-time Virtual Chat Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service. In this role, you'll engage with customers through online live chat, providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to customers
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
