Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Your expertise in data entry, customer service, and inventory management will be essential in maintaining the high standards of arenaflex's pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with national and federal regulations

• Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions
• Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience, engaging customers and patients with greeting and assistance
• Develop strong relationships with most valuable customers, resolving customer issues and inquiries to ensure a superb customer experience
• Perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy manager, personnel Pharmacist, and store supervisor, including utilizing pharmacy systems, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy
• Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow, reporting prescription errors to pharmacist on duty, and adhering to company policies and procedures
• Register all related income on assigned cash register, collect and handle coins as required, and take customers to OTC aisle to assist in finding merchandise
• Handle telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians
• Method (corrects and resubmits) claims for third-party application prescription services in a timely and efficient way, and perform other clerical responsibilities as assigned by the store manager
• Assist and support Pharmacy department on stock management activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipment of prescription drugs
• Maintain knowledge of company asset safety procedures and document claims for warehouse overages, shortages, order mistakes, or broken goods related to Rx capsules

Essential Qualifications

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

• Prefer six months of experience in retail settings
• Prefer previous work experience with arenaflex
• Desire math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medicines
• Desire computer skills
• Desire knowledge of store inventory management
• Prefer % certification

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings

• Knowledge of pharmacy systems and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
