Job Summary

As an Afternoon Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients during our afternoon and Saturday shifts. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities

As an Afternoon Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a smile and a positive attitude
• Providing accurate information about our services and pricing
• Handling customers' questions and complaints with patience and professionalism
• Processing orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Other duties as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (11 kg)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience working in a retail or sales environment
• Knowledge of our products and services
• Ability to speak multiple languages

Shift and Schedule

As an Afternoon Customer Service Representative, you'll work a part-time schedule with the following hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
