Experienced Chat Moderator – Remote Community Management and Moderation Specialist

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and flexible Chat Moderator to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for enforcing community guidelines, managing user reports, and ensuring a positive experience for all users on our Discord server. Key Responsibilities:

* Moderate the chat on our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to community guidelines and rules

• Delete messages that violate community guidelines and rules
• Ban users who repeatedly violate community guidelines and rules
• Mute users who have violated community guidelines and rules
• Investigate user reports of community guideline and rule violations
• Collaborate with the arenaflex team to develop and implement community guidelines and rules
• Provide excellent customer service and support to users
• Stay up-to-date with community trends and best practices in community management

Essential Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with Discord and community management tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience as a community manager or moderator on Discord or other platforms

• Knowledge of community guidelines and rules development
• Experience with conflict resolution and mediation
• Familiarity with arenaflex's mission and values
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
