  • Assist with social media presence and support marketing and sales efforts
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by managing correspondence and fielding calls
  • Provide light personal assistance and run errands as needed

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role

  • Strong communication abilities and confidence in interactions with global partners
