You’ll manage cases from start to finish while mentoring support staff and ensuring high-quality legal work.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advocacy & Case Management
- Represent clients in EOIR court (Master & Merits Hearings)
- Conduct consultations and prepare clients for interviews
- Draft motions, briefs, and other legal filings
- Communicate with government agencies and stakeholders
Leadership & Legal Oversight
- Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants
- Oversee case preparation and ensure timely filings
- Maintain organized, compliant, and confidential case records
What We’re Looking For Core Skills:✔ Strong legal writing and courtroom advocacy✔ Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills✔ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases independently✔ Leadership mindset with team-oriented approach Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar license in at least one U.S. state 3+ years of immigration law experience⚖️ Experience with removal defense and immigration court proceedings Background in family-based and employment-based immigration preferred About Our Firm At the Law Office of Abhisha Parikh, our clients are more than case files—they are individuals and families pursuing safety, opportunity, and a better future.
