Finance Subject Matter Expert – ALM Systems, Transformation, Business Intelligence
Job Description:
- Map end-to-end billing and settlement workflows and lead the integration of global operational, accounting, and inventory management systems to harmonize data models across the business unit.
- Design and implement global frameworks for real-time inventory tracking and asset valuation to provide granular Profit and Loss transparency across various geographic regions and business channels.
- Perform structured diagnostic reviews of regional invoicing systems to ensure robust revenue recognition, establish approval frameworks, and optimize the timeline from asset receipt to cash collection.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Finance or Finance Transformation, specifically within the Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD) or Asset Lifecycle Management industry.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or Oracle) and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tools.
- Proven ability in managing financial integrations following Mergers and Acquisitions, including navigating complex multi-entity environments and designing data models for margin analysis.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive leadership and translate complex financial requirements for technical and operational teams.
