Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while shopping for their beloved pets. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries, concerns, and issues. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and logistics, to resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or similar environment

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, systems, and processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the pet industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Experience with sales and customer service software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
