Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional in our Beneficiary Claim Support team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients navigating complex beneficiary claims
  • Building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds to accurately assess their situations and present tailored solutions
  • Navigating multiple systems to gather relevant information and resolve client issues efficiently
  • Engaging clients with clear, concise, and positive language to ensure a superior call experience
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in beneficiary claims and customer service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience (post-secondary education is preferred)
  • Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience (a plus)
  • Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
  • Ability to be empathetic and understanding while discussing sensitive topics with clients and their loved ones
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a contact center environment
  • Knowledge of beneficiary claims and related products
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A starting hourly rate of $25.00/hour ($52,000/year)
  • Opportunities for bonuses and incentives
