Role Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in refining child assistance payments in our SDU (State Price Device) body according to Standard Operating Procedures. You'll be responsible for collecting, investigating, coordinating, and analyzing information to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This is a full-time remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
* Refine child assistance payments in the SDU body according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Collect, investigate, coordinate, and analyze information to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a basic understanding of plans and methods
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, using tact, persistence, and politeness to interact with clients and colleagues
- Work independently with minimal direction, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and be willing to work extended hours as needed
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong understanding of data entry principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
