Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, returns, and product inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing detailed information about arenaflex products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Assisting customers with navigating the arenaflex website and mobile app.
  • Resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Meeting performance goals and targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Quality Monitoring (QM) score: 95% or higher

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and systems
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or e-commerce

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
