Role Overview

As a Spanish bilingual customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll provide exceptional customer experiences for Fortune 500 clients via inbound calls, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, chat, and email

Schedule

As an arenaflex contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your work hours and design a schedule that aligns with your personal commitments. Most shifts are available on weekdays during the day, allowing you to balance work and personal life effectively.

Earnings & Revenue

Our contractors enjoy competitive pay of $17 per hour for phone-based customer support, with additional incentives based on performance and client-specific metrics. Your earning potential will depend on your performance, the number of hours you work, and the clients you serve.
