Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing accurate information regarding shipping rates, tracking, delivery issues, and other arenaflex services.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of issues and solutions.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Following company policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with remote working tools (email, chat, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries at once.
  • Must be a U.S. resident and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
