Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company databases and systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering and updating data into arenaflex databases and systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of entered data, adhering to established data entry processes and guidelines.
• Performing routine data verification and clean-up tasks to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Reviewing and checking documents for errors or discrepancies, and reporting any issues to the relevant teams.
• Responding to inquiries related to data entry and providing support where needed, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Assisting in data management tasks and report generation as required, working collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Skills
