Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our global customers through real-time calls in a virtual call center environment. You will be the face of arenaflex, resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.00.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through real-time calls, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions-oriented responses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product information to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and communication tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a virtual call center environment

  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
