Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Director at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for directing the sales activities in a specified region, with a focus on meeting annual growth and revenue objectives. You'll lead and manage a team of sales professionals, collaborating with them to develop and implement strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing ones. You'll also establish effective communications with executives and managers across the organization, and lead difficult sales negotiations with larger prospects.

Key Responsibilities

* Direct the sales performance in a specified region, with a focus on meeting annual growth and revenue objectives

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including the Region Clinical Manager, to develop and implement strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing ones
  • Identify, hire, retain, and develop talent through proactive performance management
  • Develop and implement strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing ones
  • Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the organization to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales
  • Lead difficult sales negotiations with larger prospects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments within the organization to support region growth

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a dynamic and competitive market

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives and managers across the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing ones
  • Experience with sales performance management, including performance metrics and sales forecasting
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and trends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of the sales and marketing landscape

  • Proven track record of success in launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing ones
  • Experience with sales negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales performance management tools
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and collaboration
