Job Summary

As an L2 Associate at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary interface between our company and our delivery partners. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and resolve delivery partner concerns, provide process improvement suggestions, and ensure prompt and efficient service to our customers and partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times, both verbally and in writing

  • Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting performance metrics
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning, identifying trends and suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Good comprehension skills, with the ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Ability to concentrate and follow customer issues without distraction to resolution
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to navigate websites and email applications proficiently
